Building mental strength in children, before crisis hits. Coming soon..
Imagine a bright, kind Year 6 child whose spark starts to dull. She becomes quieter, easily distracted, sometimes tearful for reasons she can't explain. Her teachers notice, but with exams looming and resources stretched thin, there's little time for more than a check-in. Her family seeks help, and is told the waiting list for specialist support is over two years.
By the time she reaches Year 9, she's disengaged, her anxiety has worsened, and she's started to self-harm.
Her story isn't unique. It's happening in schools right now, and the numbers back it up:
We don't think this trajectory is inevitable. Schools that have introduced proactive wellbeing programmes have seen real, measurable change — improved emotional literacy, fewer exclusions, reduced need for specialist referrals, and happier staff as well as pupils.
Mind Seeds is being built to bring that kind of proactive support to every child, not just those already in crisis, helping them understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop the tools to cope before things reach breaking point.

We're currently in the early stages of designing the programme, drawing on the latest evidence in psychology and education, and speaking with schools about what they need. This page will grow as the programme takes shape.
Want to be part of it? If you're a school, parent, or organisation interested in early access, updates, or getting involved, we'd love to hear from you.
